I believe design systems and AI should make everyone's work better, not just designers'.

My path wasn’t a straight line. I started with a Computer Science degree in India, fell in love with the idea that code could create experiences, but was equally drawn to creative expression — painting, acting, storytelling. I never wanted to choose between design and engineering.

A Master’s in Digital Innovation brought me to Dublin, where I discovered that the most impactful work sits at the intersection of disciplines. That conviction led me to design systems — infrastructure that bridges design intent and engineering execution at scale.

Today, I lead the Jutro Design System at Guidewire — 1,800+ tokens, 50+ designers, 200+ engineers, serving the global insurance industry. I’m also the first designer at the company to contribute to engineering repos, building AI-powered pipelines that achieve 95% design-to-code accuracy. I won the Quarterly Global Impact Award for making an enterprise AI-ready — not through authority, but through craft.

Mentorship

I mentor designers on ADPList, helping them navigate design systems, AI integration, portfolio building, and career growth. From fresh graduates to senior designers making the leap to staff level.

Values I believe in

01

Build to learn, not just to ship

I build Figma plugins, MCP servers, and AI experiments not because someone asked me to, but because building is how I understand what's possible.

02

Systems over screens

Individual screens are outputs. Systems are the architecture that makes those outputs consistent, scalable, and maintainable.

03

Bring everyone along

The most impactful design work happens when you bring engineering, product, and leadership into the conversation early.

04

Show the work

Through Wireframo and public speaking, I share what I learn openly. Teaching forces clarity of thought.
